Keely Phillips is a dynamic and equity-focused leader with over 15 years of experience creating mental health and addictions systems change by amplifying voices of lived experience and developing and leading support programs.

Inspired by her own experiences navigating mental health services and recovery, Keely works with people and organizations focused on transforming services and systems.

Keely is a skilled change agent, project manager, facilitator, and researcher.

About

Keely holds a Master of Social Work degree and is Registered Social Worker (Ontario). She has over 15 years of experience leading community mental-health programs and working in suicide intervention and prevention, group facilitation, program development and implementation. She is an engaging and supportive leader who has successfully guided teams through times of transition and change.

Keely is LEAN Greenbelt trained and passionate about agile implementation approaches to project management.

She is a Certified Peer Support Canada Mentor and has provided training, coaching, and mentoring to lived-experience leaders and practitioners throughout Canada.

Keely also holds an Addictions Certificate (Wilfrid Laurier University, 2020) and Recreation & Leisure Studies BA.
